Update on Mrs Girija's health

Date of admission: 2nd September 2020 to Bilroth hospital.
Treatment: Covid treatment.
Condition: Since the patient had comorbidities like blood pressure and diabeties, COVID aggravated her condition leading to high blood pressure and high blood sugar levels.
The creatine levels in kidneys also shot up, the phlegm in the lungs shot up by over 85%. Because of the higher presence of phlegm in the lungs, breathlessness was high. Mrs Girija had to kept on ventilator.
The doctors suggested that she had severe third stage covid condition. Her limbs became stiff and she could not bend or lift her limbs. She was completely on bed rest, where a nurse was appointed to take care of her.
Current condition: After testing Covid negative, and the other complications easing a little Mrs Girija was discharged on 14th September, after which 30 days of quarantine and special care was assigned to her. A nurse from One life was appointmented to take care of the patient when she was at home. Intense physio-theraphy sessions were given to Mrs Girija, because of which she can now move and has started walking with the support of a walker. She is now recovering well and thanks everyone who contributed to the campaign and saved her life.
