Help Save Stray Dogs From Dying Of Hunger!

Hello. I am Lakshmi Swaminathan. Firstly, I thank you from our hearts to agree to listen to our cause. I have rescued 80 Stray Dogs & Pups from various parts of Bangalore and I am trying to save their lives! I am in dire need of basic food and medicines that can help save them or else, they are dying one by one every day. Some of them are suffering from tumors & other severe ailments while some of them are victims of street abuse which is causing great pain to see them die in front of our eyes. I am trying our level best to keep food on their table but, it's not enough. Additionally, the COVID situation has caused even more difficulty in getting food and medicines for them due to extreme lack of money.

We have all seen stray dogs on the streets of India and have probably understood that they are a part of the street we walk on. But, the reality is very different!

These innocent street companions face constant hunger, abuse & fatal diseases on our streets. As many as 40% of deaths for stray dogs occur due to a fast speeding vehicle hitting them and never turning back. More than 20% of deaths occur due to extreme hunger or ingestion of our plastic waste that is harmful to them.

For example, I recently rescued Madhu from Giri Nagar, Bangalore. He was not able to move and is constantly shivering. Madhu is very weak and not able to see from one eye. He cannot walk as well which makes it impossible for him to arrange for his food on the streets.

Seeing Madhu's ailments & condition, Madhu will remain with us for the rest of his life. He would need constant treatment, life-saving supplements and is currently hospitalized with our vet until he stabilizes and starts walking and eating on his own.

HENCE, I NEED YOUR HELP!

I call upon you and your efforts to help us save these innocent lives who are in this condition, for no fault of their own.

Please help me save their lives. The food for all 80 dogs & pups is as small as Rs 3,500 per day. Hence, even a very small contribution from your side will save a life and they will truly send pure love and wishes your way because these companions know no other language. They bless with all their heart with no expectation except a small meal every day and a peaceful corner to sleep.
