Lakshmi Narayan Gaushala is an effort by Yogi Arwind (Direct big donations to UPI ID: yogiarwind@okaxis) to build an all weather sustainable cow shelter in the draught hit Marathwada region of Maharashtra.

Marathwada faces draught like situation almost every alternate year. Livestock in the region suffers the most due to these draughts. Water sources go dry and there is no enough fodder. In these situations many farmers unwillingly sell their cows and bulls.

If they get some stop gap arrangement or permanent arrangement in summer for their cows, they would happily agree to take care of cows rest of the year.

Yogi Arwind has been since last two years trying to build a cow shelter to accommodate 30 cows at Bhavani Yogakshetram, Gandhora in Tuljapur taluka of Osmanabad district in Marathwada region of Maharashtra. Solid concrete structure that can sustain in strong windy weather is being built and the roof work is pending.

Water tank, that will preserve water for the cows and other livestock during the summer is 100% ready.

For completion of both the projects-cow shelter worth INR 500000 are required. Generous donors and animal lovers are requested to kindly donate for this project.
