need urgent help for financial support

I am going through a very big financial condition right now, I am so compelled that I am unable to bear the responsibility of my family,

Whenever I ask for help, no one helps and they make fun of me, Last year, I had to take a loan due to some medical problem, today I am not able to pay even the interest 

And everyday I get reminders and a legal notice has been issued to my name. I don't understand how i get out of all this.

As of now, no one in my family knows about my medical problem and my condition, If I tell someone in the family, they will go into depression because we are from a middle family.

and my family's not enough income to get rid of all these debits.

I have become very upset due to this in my life, I have chased so much to get out of all this But there is no way out from anywhere, sometimes I think I should finish everything but then Think about then i back off

If I do not have this problem solved, then I do not know what I will do.
