The COVID-19 Pandemic led to millions of people losing their jobs and source of income. As a result, fending for themselves and their families became difficult. Their young children, like Raju, are becoming the biggest victims of poverty and are vulnerable to being trafficked for forced/bonded labour, commercial sexual exploitation or even illegal organ harvesting.

In the last four decades, we have rescued over 1.02 lakh children from the clutches of labour and other forms of exploitation and abuse, 4900 of them in the five months between November 2020 and March 2021 alone!
