Aham Brahmasmi Devalaya Kosh

Aham Brahmasmi has been recognised as UNEP Faith for Earth Councilor 2021 by UN Environment Programme.

Aham Brahmasmi group is an organization working for the promotion and revival of Sanatan Dharma. Currently, 14 Frontal Organisation are working in more than 187 districts of the India. Aham Brahmasmi Group, the name of this institution is derived from the verse "Aham Brahmasmi" of the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad of Shukla Yajurveda which means - "In this universe, every creature has the power of the entire universe i.e. Brahma & Brahma means God and Jiva are one. 

The Pancha Mahabhutas (Earth, Water, Air, Sky and Fire) being revered in the Sanatan system and our Vedas, Puranas, Upanishads and other Sacred Books of Sanatan Dharma (Hinduism) are full of Scriptures and verses, which enlighten us for the preservation of mother nature. Therefore, for the preservation and promotion of Earth, Water, Air, Sky and Fire, Aham Brahmasmi is running the following projects : 

1. SDG Sansad: Through this project, Sanatan Samaj is being motivated to work continuously to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations. 

2. Jal Shakti Abhiyaan: Through this project, Aham Brahmasmi Group is doing conservation and restoration of Rivers, Ponds, Wells, Bawadis and other water bodies. Through Jal Shakti Abhiyaan, Aham Brahmasmi Group is creating awareness among the common people about the importance and relevance of clean water in every living being’s life.   

3. Swachh Bharat Unnat Bharat: Through Swachh Bharat Unnat Bharat project, Aham Brahmasmi Group is creating awareness among the common people about the importance and relevance of Sanitation in every living being’s life. Through this project, we promote people to organize two hour weekly sanitation activity in their locality or area. 

 4. Apah Shaanti: Apah Shaanti focuses on creating a strategy to create greener and cleaner Temples. Through this project we are planning to create a module in and around the temples for Water Management, Rain Water Harvesting, Drainage Management and Waste Management. 

5. Vanaspati Shaanti: Vanaspati Shaanti is an initiative to support Dharmik Vriksharopan Prakalp of Aham Brahmasmi Group a. Dharmik Vriksharopan Prakalp: Through this project, Aham Brahmasmi Group is doing plantation of trees which are of religious importance in Sanatan Dharma (Hinduism). We are working to encourage people of Sanatan Samaj for planting of Sapling/Trees on the occasion of worship of Hindu god and goddess, rituals, Havan/Yagya and important days in life such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, Death Anniversaries, Festivals etc.  Under Dharmik Vriksharopan Prakalp, Aham Brahmasmi group set the target of constructing the following gardens in every district of the country:

5. Dwadush Raashi Vatika

6. Nakshatra Vatika

7. Dhanvantari Vatika
