Need help for my mother treatment of brain Hemmorage

On 29 March my mother got unconscious and we took her to kanpur Regency health care hospital at 9 pm. Doctors admitted her and asked for chronic sdh operation known as brain Hemmorage she was in ICU for 6 days and then for 7 days she was on general ward we went home on discharge on 12 April but on same day there was a fever of 104.6 f° to my mother. When we arrived back doctor admitted her again in ICU saying it is an Kebsiella pneumonia infection and urine infection too which is causing fever but from last 15 days fever is not dropping a bit doctors and administration is asking for money for new medicine and medical charges but now we are out of money so we need as much as help we can get from all the helping hands.
