HELP ANUSHA AND SPARSH EMPOWER 70 STUDENTS

TIDE (Together In Development & Education) Foundation is an educational reforms non-governmental organization founded in November 2014 that aims to bring about a sustainable change in the educational system and improve access to quality education. It works extensively towards the development of a unique and a transient approach towards education and development simultaneously. As of now, they have 5 projects and all of them work with different aspects of education and different target audiences. All of these projects try to follow a similar guideline by working on high-impact projects, with the aim to resolve the root cause and create a system that resolves the root cause (if it were to arise again) in the span of 15 years.

BETI is our newly found initiative which works on sustainable and expandable educational reforms in the government schools. The governance of these schools is divided into blocks,each block has approximately 110 schools. We plan on covering the entire block in the span of five years. These schools have very literate and high salaried teachers but in spite of their efforts, there are core educational challenges faced by them like: 

1. Lack of foundational literacy and numeracy skills with limited application based learning.

2. Low teacher morale due to poor classroom pedagogy.

3. Very less psychological support.

4. Low student count

In order to solve these issues and many others related to the government schooling, we at TIDE have come up with three programs :
