Need your helping hands for my dad's life. Help us, save him?

Hello everyone, I'm Sudarsana Devi from duliajan, dibrugarh, Assam. My dad is a service man. He is also an Assamese poet, composed more than 500 poems till date. Poetry is like a hobby for him, He is a foody person, and fun loving. Everything was so happening in our life and suddenly on 2nd july 2020, thursday, he got very high fever. And thats the day, where our life really changed alot.

That day, he was having nausea in the afternoon. Immediately i rushed upstairs and checked his BP, it was all normal. In the evening around 7pm, he returned from his duty and starting saying me "I am becoming so weak day by day". Then at night around 1:30am, he was shivering, it was too hot that day, yet he was shivering, had switched off the fan nd too blanket. We thought it might be seasonal fever. We gave ice, nd fever cme down. Next day(friday) he gt fever again, very high nd very severe headache, he was saying tht, he's feeling like his whole skull is breaking down. We gave antibiotics, tablets, its not gttng norml. Again next day, we took him to the private hospital, and they refused to give admission as he is suffrng frm fever. We took him to the civil hsptl, they gave injctn nd sent home. But, yet his fever was around 104°C.

The next day, sunday, we decided to take him to Assam medical college and hospital (AMCH), there he was immediately admitted in the isolation ward and they took covid sample. Whole night he was behaving abnormal, frgt his ATM pin no. and many more. Next day, we gt report, he was covid negative, we immediately took dischrg nd shifted him to private nursing home. But, we were too late, actually due to all these covid and lockdown, he lacked treatment in time. After seeing him in the emergency, dctr said either he is sffrng from UTI or JapaneseEncephalitis. And he has alrdy reached his last stage, we only hd 1‰ chnc to save him. It was really a traumatic situation for me and my mom. We gt anxiety, we didn't had single money with us. Yet we mnged. Next day, he was tested JAPANESE  ENCEPHALITIS positive. The most saddest news of our life. Doctor declared he wont take risk as he hd diabetes too. JE dont have any treatmnt, its all depends upon immunity. That day, he strtd urinating in the bed, and unable to eat food from own. We immediately decided to shift him to GNRC, guwahati, which is situated 550km far from us. I arranged ambulance, next day we took him there. Due to 15hrs journey, he was paralyzed in the ambulance. We reached hsptl around 1am, 9 july. He was given oxygen, but no use, thn he was given ventilation, we really losed hope. I never thought i will gt my father back. I really want to thank GNRC hsptl nd Dr. Prasenjit Deka, Dr. Lahon, and Dr. Dina, fr making him wht he is today.

He was in ICU for a month, thn shifted to semi ICU. he was given vntltn fr about 19days. We spend around 17,00,000 (17lacs) for his treatment. He might be discharge soon but we dont have a single penny to pay. We need more 7,00,000 (7lacs) to tke him back to our home. We are really helpless. We, me nd my mom, went to media to seek help, and now people are donating whatever they can. I tweeted to the ministry of Assam and even my friends, and it has reached to the concerned people and authority #NHM. But it will take time since its a government process. I am really thankful to all.

We still lack money. I request everyone to help us out of this. Help us with whatever amount you can, now, you people are the ray of hopes in our life. Please help us, and share my problems with ur near and dear ones.
