Kindly look in to the attached images which are a copy of General physician's report and a copy of Radiologist's report confirming lesions and enlarged lymph nodes under his thyroid glands. He requires Thyroidectomy or removal of tumour nodes and also treatment for other ailments he currently has. I request noble souls here to kindly look in to the details and help him in his fight against this dreadful disease.
